Ambos os dous (educación e medicina) son dereitos de todos os cidadáns españois que os galegos imos perdendo ás alancadas.

A comunidade galega  ten 889 centros educativos de carácter público, 192 concertados e 163 privados. En total 1.244, repartidos por todo o territorio, nos que os alumnos albiscan agora mesmo un non moi grato panorama para o curso 2025-2026 e o 2026-2027 nos que moitos pais comezan xa a vivir un  verdadeiro crebadoiro de cabeza para os que teñen que matricular por primeira vez aos seus fillos e máis os que teñen que trasladalos de centro debido, por exemplo, a que mudan de etapa educativa.

MSC.1/Circ.1662 - Guidelines for Anchor Handling Winches

The Maritime Safety Committee, at its 107th session (31 May to 9 June 2023), having considered a proposal by the Sub-Committee on Ship Systems and Equipment, at its eighth session, with a view to ensuring a uniform approach towards the application of SOLAS regulation II-1/3-13, adopted by resolution MSC.532(107), approved Guidelines for anchor handling winches, as set out in the annex.

2 Member States are invited to use the annexed Guidelines when applying SOLAS regulation II-1/3-13 and to bring them to the attention of ship designers, shipyards, shipowners, equipment manufacturers and other organizations and parties concerned.

GUIDELINES FOR ANCHOR HANDLING WINCHES

1 Application These Guidelines support the application of SOLAS regulation II-1/3-13 for anchor handling winches, associated equipment and loose gear used in association with anchor handling winches.

ABSTRACT

The purpose of the article is to present the goal of optimization of transport and logistics processes, followed by literature review in the field of optimization methods. The optimization methods were categorized and the most commonly used methods were listed. The tasks of static and dynamic optimization were formulated. An example of the single-criterion static and dynamic optimization and multi-criteria game optimization are given.
