The review of The Nautical Institute's not-for-profit DP Operator training scheme has concluded. For full details of the new scheme simply download the following document:
DP Training Certification Scheme - March 2014
The systems upgrades required for the new scheme are being worked out and will determine the implementation date which will be announced shortly. A transition period will allow all stakeholders to comply with the new scheme and guidelines will be issued to the industry and training providers to ensure the transition is as smooth as possible. The current scheme will remain valid during the transition period.
